Last Saturday, the long-awaited ESC final of this year’s cup (Epic Steil Cup) took place in the Steil bouldering gym. The event was a massive success and the bouldering enthusiasts rushed into the gym.

Exciting finals in the advanced and extreme categories

The event consisted of thrilling finals in the advanced and extreme categories. Our athletes showed that gravity is just a suggestion. The Advanced category not only featured exceptional climbing skills, but also acrobatic feats that made you wonder: “Is this still climbing or is it artistry?” The extreme category was even more brutal – the finalists had every last layer of skin on their fingers peeled off.

The after-party: bouldering was just the beginning

After the exciting competitions, the atmosphere flowed seamlessly into the after-party. The party with great beats was the perfect end to a successful day. With music, a good mood and cool drinks, all participants and spectators celebrated together until late into the night. And why not? The pressure was off everyone and the atmosphere was so relaxed that it was definitely time to treat yourself.
